Policy

Prints, canvases and albums
Every print, canvas and album is made to order especially for you, so I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, including damage during delivery, please let me know within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo of the damage, and I’ll replace it at no cost to you. Email me at sean@seanvantonder.co.za.

Digital downloads
Digital images can’t be returned once they’ve been delivered, so they aren’t refundable.

Your rights
This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
