How To Book
How to Secure Your Slot

- Select your date and time
- Enter your details
- Confirm your session
- You will receive a confirmation email, including payment details and a preparation guide.
To secure your spot, payment is required within 48 hours. Unpaid bookings will unfortunately be cancelled to allow others the opportunity to book.

How many people can be included in a session?
Our mini sessions are designed for immediate families or groups of up to 5 people. If you’d like to include more, please contact us before booking.
How soon will we receive our photos?
We aim to send your gallery with edited images within 5 days of your session.
Can we bring pets?
Yes - well-behaved pets are welcome to join your Christmas mini session! Just let us know in advance!
What should we wear?
Soft neutrals (cream, beige, grey) and classic Christmas colours (deep red, forest green, navy) look great in photos. Avoid busy patterns or big logos. After booking, you’ll receive a full prep guide with more tips and outfit inspiration.
What if we need to reschedule?
Christmas mini sessions are only available on certain dates and the booking fee is non-refundable. If you can’t make your slot, let us know as soon as possible - while we’ll do our best to help, rescheduling options are very limited due to demand.
How do we order prints?
After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery with your edited images. You can easily order prints and directly from the gallery - just choose your favourites and follow the prompts!
Can we order extras photos?
Yes! After your session, you’ll be invited to a viewing session where you can choose your favourite images and order additional photos or products beyond what’s included in your package.
Can we bring outfit changes?
For mini sessions, one outfit works best to maximize your time.
Is your studio wheelchair/stroller accessible?
Yes, Studio 039 is accessible - please let us know if you have any specific needs so we can assist.
